Ingredients – Chicken fry Recipe
Prep time: 30 Min | Cook time: 20 Min | Serves:2
Chicken Pieces – 1/4 Kg
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – Squeezed from half lemon
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Salt – To Taste
- Wash Chicken Pieces and set aside.
- Mix all the ingredients listed under Marination section. Add chicken and mix well. Set aside for atleast 20 mins.
- Heat oil in a Kadai. Once the oil is hot reduce the flame and add the chicken pieces and deep fry.
- Fry in Low flame.
- Chicken fry is now ready to serve.
- Boneless Chicken Pieces are preferable for this recipe.
- Fry the chicken in low flame or the chicken might be burnt outside and raw inside
- Marinate chicken atleast for 20 mins or more. The longer margination time the dish tasts better.
