February 14, 2018 By Anlet Prince Leave a Comment

Poppers are one Appetiser that kids love. Easy to pop in one at a time. No exception my little girl also loves it. Chicken Prawn Poppers are one easy alternative that i tried as an after school snack for my little girl. This has now become one of her favourite munchie. Chicken and Prawn combined together gives out a good taste. Its a treat for both chicken and prawn lovers. These deep fried balls can be enjoyed with tomato sauce. They are also filling tea time snacks.

    •  Place the ball in beaten egg mixture. Again roll this in bread crumbs.
    • Do this to the entire contents. Heat oil in a wok for deep frying. Add in few balls and deep fry them in medium flame.
    • Once they start browning remove them from oil and place them in an absorbant paper for the excess oil to be absorbed.
    • Prawns and Chicken poppers can be served as a snack with tomato sauce.

    Notes

    • Blend Prawn and Chicken seperately. Since prawns are softer and tender they can be blended easily than chicken.
