Chicken Prawn Poppers are easy and filling snacks.
- 1/2 Cup Boneless Chicken Pieces
- 1/2 Cup Prawns Cleaned and Deveined
- Required Salt
- 1.5 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/3 Cup Whole Wheat flour

Wash and clean the chicken and prawn.

Pulse them in a blender until the texture is smooth. Combine them with Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt. Mix them gently.

Take a tablespoon of mixture and roll it in wheat flour.

Beat an egg and get ready for the outer coating.

Place the ball in beaten egg mixture. Again roll this in bread crumbs.

Do this to the entire contents. Heat oil in a wok for deep frying. Add in few balls and deep fry them in medium flame.

Once they start browning remove them from oil and place them in an absorbant paper for the excess oil to be absorbed.

Prawns and Chicken poppers can be served as a snack with tomato sauce.
