Coriander Chicken Fry is a flavourful chicken appetizer.

Ingredients
To Marinate
- 250 Grams Boneless Chicken Chicken
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ¾ Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- Fistful Coriander Leaves Chopped
Other Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoon Oil
- Fistful Coriander Leaves Chopped
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients mentioned under to marinate and mix them gently and leave them for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok and saute the chicken until it is cooked soft.
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves
- Flavourful Coriander Chicken Fry is now ready to serve.

- Boneless Chicken Pieces are very well suited for this recipe.

Step by Step Photos on how to make Coriander Chicken Fry
- Wash and Clean the chicken. Add in Red chilli powder and Roasted Cumin Powder.
- Add in Turmeric powder, Coriander Powder and salt to taste.
- Add in ginger garlic paste and curd and mix them gently.
- Add in Coriander leaves and mix them. Set aside to marinate atleast 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add in chicken and keep sauting.
- Chicken releases some water. Saute until all the water is evaporated. Garnish with Chopped coriander leaves.
- Flavourful Coriander Chicken fry is now ready to serve.
