Crispy Ladys Finger Fry / Kurkuri Bhindi
Ingredients
- 15 Ladys Finger
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Flour
- 2 Tablespoon Gram Flour / Besan Flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 Teaspoon Ajwain Seeds
- ½ Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Remove the top and bottom of the Ladys Finger. Chop the ladys finger into 1 inch pieces. Add them into a mixing bowl.
- Add in Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt to taste.
- Add in Ajwain seeds. Give a quick mix.
- Add in Corn Flour, Rice Flour.
- Add in Gram flour. Mix gently.
- Get Ready with hot oil. Sprinkle the Ladys finger mixture. Deep fry them.
- Remove them from oil and leave in an absorbent paper for the excess oil to be removed.
- Ladys Finger Crisp fry is now ready to serve.
Notes
- Do not add in water while mixing the flour or it might get watery
- The moisture in the vegetable is enough for the flour to stick to it.
- If the mixture is dry only then sprinkle some water to stick to the vegetable
