Crispy Ladys Finger Fry / Kurkuri Bhindi is Crispy and Interesting recipe. This can be served along with dal kichadi or dal and steamed rice. Simply chop the Ladys finger into 1 inch pieces add in the masalas and start sauting them. Crispy Ladys finger fry is ready in minutes. Checkout other pakoda recipes available in this space

Crispy Ladys Finger Fry / Kurkuri Bhindi is a nice side dish with kichadi

Ingredients
  • 15 Ladys Finger
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Flour
  • 2 Tablespoon Gram Flour / Besan Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Ajwain Seeds
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • Oil for deep frying
Instructions
  1. Remove the top and bottom of the Ladys Finger. Chop the ladys finger into 1 inch pieces. Add them into a mixing bowl.

  2. Add in Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt to taste.

  3. Add in Ajwain seeds. Give a quick mix.

  4. Add in Corn Flour, Rice Flour.

  5. Add in Gram flour. Mix gently.

  6. Get Ready with hot oil. Sprinkle the Ladys finger mixture. Deep fry them.

  7. Remove them from oil and leave in an absorbent paper for the excess oil to be removed.

  8. Ladys Finger Crisp fry is now ready to serve.

Recipe Notes
  • Do not add in water while mixing the flour or it might get watery
  • The moisture in the vegetable is enough for the flour to stick to it.
  • If the mixture is dry only then sprinkle some water to stick to the vegetable
