    Crispy Ladys Finger Fry / Kurkuri Bhindi is Crispy and Interesting recipe. This can be served along with dal kichadi or dal and steamed rice.     Crispy Ladys Finger Fry / Kurkuri Bhindi

    Ingredients

    • 15 Ladys Finger
    • 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
    • 1 Tablespoon Rice Flour
    • 2 Tablespoon Gram Flour / Besan Flour
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 Teaspoon Ajwain Seeds
    • ½ Teaspoon Chilli Powder
    • ½ Teaspoon Coriander Powder
    • ½ Teaspoon Cumin Powder
    • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
    • Oil for deep frying

    Instructions

    • Remove the top and bottom of the Ladys Finger. Chop the ladys finger into 1 inch pieces. Add them into a mixing bowl.
    • Add in Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt to taste.
    • Add in Ajwain seeds. Give a quick mix.
    • Add in Corn Flour, Rice Flour.
    • Add in Gram flour. Mix gently.
    • Get Ready with hot oil. Sprinkle the Ladys finger mixture. Deep fry them.
    • Remove them from oil and leave in an absorbent paper for the excess oil to be removed.
    • Ladys Finger Crisp fry is now ready to serve.

    Notes

    • Do not add in water while mixing the flour or it might get watery
    • The moisture in the vegetable is enough for the flour to stick to it.
    • If the mixture is dry only then sprinkle some water to stick to the vegetable
