Milk - 250 ml
Condensed Milk - ½ Cup
Cardamom - 4
Step by Step Photos on how to make Ice Apple Mango Payasam :
- Remove the outer skin of ice apple and chop them into smaller pieces.
- Chop mango into small pieces. Boil milk. Crush cardamom and add into the milk. Leave it in low flame for 5 minutes. Switch off and cool down the milk.
- Add milk, Condensed milk, Ice apple, mango. Mix them together. Ice apple payasam ready to serve.
Tastes best when served chill. Ice Apple Mango Payasam can be served as an after meal dessert.
