Nungu Sabja Seed Sharbat is a perfect cooling drink to beat the heat this summer.
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Sabja Seeds
- 1 Nungu Chopped
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoon Nannari Sharbat
- Ice Cubes
Soak Sabja Seeds in water for 10 minutes. They swell up.
Add in Lemon juice, Chopped Nungu, Nannari Sharbat and swollen sabja seeds. Stir them gently. Add in ice cubes and serve them chilled.
- Since the nannari sharbhar is sweeter on its own there is no need to add extra sugar.
Except for the soaking time of sabja seeds this juice can be made instantly. Many more cut fruits like pineapple, lychee, orange, watermelon, muskmelon can also be added into this jucie.
