Cooking Oil / Olive Oil – 1 teaspoon
Step By Step Photos on How to Cook Noodles:
- Heat required water in a pan. Add in salt to taste and a teaspoon of oil. Bring the water to boil.
- When the water starts boiling add in the noodles. Using a spoon stir them occasionally. Check if the noodles are cooked soft. Switch off the flame and drain the water using a colander immediately.
- Allow the noodles to cool down completely.
- Adding oil is to make the noodles non sticky and shiny.
Do not overcook the noodles as it would become pasty when furthur veggies and sauces are added and stir fried.
