Egg Paniyaram / Egg Bites is a easy recipe, and they are a nice option to cook immediately whenever u need a quick snack or breakfast. They contain Onion, tomato, and Coriander Leaves. Ingredients
Egg: The Main Ingredient for these bites. You can make this egg bites with eggs or only egg whites.
Onion and Tomato: For added Texture. Along with Onion and Tomatoes spinach, mushrooms, Carrot, Cabbage can also be added. Other options like Chicken and Mutton mince can also be added. You can completely customize these to make them your own!
Oil for greasing the Pan. Any neutral oil or butter can be used.
Coriander Leaves - This can be substituted with Spinach or any other vegetables.
Green Chilli : Adds Spice to the dish. Can be replaced with Chilli Powder or Garam Masala Powder.
Ginger Garlic Paste: Adds nice flavor to the dish.

Egg Paniyaram / Egg Bites
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- Oil For Greasing
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Tomato Chopped
- Coriander Leaves Fistful Chopped
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 Green Chilli Chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Break Open 4 eggs into a mixing bowl.
- Add in Ginger Garlic Paste, Onion, Tomato, Coriander Leaves, Pepper Powder, Green Chilli and salt to taste.
- Mix them so they combine well.
- Grease the Paniyaram pan with generous oil.
- Spoon in the egg mixture into each cavity.
- Let them cook. Turn sides for the other side to cook.
- Noy yumm Egg bites are ready to enjoy.

Recipe Variations
You can add Cheese, Chicken/Mutton Mince, Spinach, Capsicum, Cabbage, Carrot, Avocados etc are few other ingredients that can be added into the egg bites. Even Fish Pieces can be added into the egg bites.
Storing and Reheating
I recommend Serving hot Egg Paniyaram and finish it on day one. However, if you wish to store, allow your egg bites to cool down completely then store them in an airtight container. You can keep these in the fridge for up to 2 -3 days. Reheat them in the microwave for 30 seconds or until hot and then consume. Or heat them in the same Paniyaram Pan.
