    Recipe Variations

You can add Cheese, Chicken/Mutton Mince, Spinach, Capsicum, Cabbage, Carrot, Avocados etc are few other ingredients that can be added into the egg bites. Even Fish Pieces can be added into the egg bites.

    Storing and Reheating

I recommend Serving hot Egg Paniyaram and finish it on day one. However, if you wish to store, allow your egg bites to cool down completely then store them in an airtight container. You can keep these in the fridge for up to 2 -3 days. Reheat them in the microwave for 30 seconds or until hot and then consume. Or heat them in the same Paniyaram Pan.
